I’ve been training my abs and back much harder lately. I’ve been doing a hundred weighted crunches every other day and I really feel like I see it paying off already. I’ve really been pushing myself to lift heavier everywhere on every part if my body. It’s fucking rough but I never regret it! Hope you guys are feeling gold about yourselves too no matter where on your fitness journey you are :)
