One months progress!
For those of you who just started following me, or just forgot, I spent the fall/winter bulking up and January 1st I started shredding some of the fat that came with it..
Not doing any drastic changes, just cutting down on calories a bit and added some cardio in the form of Krav Maga.
Wasn’t planning on showing any progress photos for a while, but what the h***.. Can’t just post pics of food, right? ;)
Lost about 2,3 kg (5 lbs) in a month, which is a little bit faster than planned but still good. I plan to drop to about 82 kg (180 lbs) and then level out a bit..
Ps. I’m well aware of the difference in lighting, posing etc. This is just a spontaneous sneak peak, in case anyone is interested in my progress!
